Here at the Old Town Whiskey Bar, they are dedicated to providing food that is befitting of the beautiful architectural surroundings of the building. Their extended brunch menu 7 day a week is a local favourite!
From 5pm onwards each day our dinner menu begins. From Jameson Cured Irish Salmon to their dry aged selection of steaks the emphasis is on the highest quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Their Steaks are marinated for a minimum of 12 hours in their home blend of rosemary, garlic and olive oil before being flame grilled to order.
All their beef is sourced from our organic butcher – Michael Twomey of Macroom, all their fish is purchased daily from K O’ Connells fishmongers in the English Market. They source their duck fresh from Skenganore West Cork Duck in Ballydehob. They pride ourselves on serving a Cork centric menu to exemplify the quality of ingredients on their door step. Their homemade beer batter for our fish is made with Rising Sons Sunbeam Pilsner – winner of Ireland’s best lager 2016 – brewed 30 meters from our kitchen! All their deserts are made fresh in house.
